The following Conditions apply to the following Survey and Discount Code.

1. Limit per Household Each discount code is limited to a single use per household. Multiple submissions or redemptions from the same household are not permitted.

2. Expiration Discount codes issued as part of the New Customer Survey are valid until 11:59 PM MST on December 31, 2025. Orders must be placed by this deadline to qualify. Please note that delivery of firewood may occur after this date, provided the order was submitted within the validity period.

3. Applicability This discount code may be combined with other active promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.

4. Lost Code If the original discount code is lost, the email address submitted with the survey may be used in its place. To be eligible, the email provided at the time of redemption must exactly match the address originally submitted in the survey.

5. Privacy and Data Useage By completing this survey, the submitter understands that information provided may be used for strategic business purposes. Personal information will not be shared for any reason except when legally required. Aggregated results may be shared publicly.
